Who It's For
Most people who find me have already tried something else.
They've seen a provider or three. They got some relief, or none, and nobody ever explained what was actually going on. That last part is usually what bothers them most.
This is for you if
- You want to understand why it hurts, not just have it handled
- You've been passed between providers and want one person who owns the whole thing
- You want to keep training, not be told to rest for six weeks and hope
- You've been told surgery is the next step and you'd like a real look first
- You're willing to do work between visits
This probably isn't
- You want passive treatment only — table time, no homework
- You're looking for a quick adjustment and out the door
- You want a guaranteed timeline before anyone has examined you
- Price is your main deciding factor
You'll know exactly what's driving it and exactly what we're doing about it. And you'll have some work to do.
Most pain isn't damage. It's a job your body can't do yet.
The short version of how I think about this
Who I work with
The people, not the diagnoses.
Different bodies, same approach. Find what's actually driving it, fix that, then build the capacity so it holds.
Executives & founders
Time-constrained, high-agency, and tired of a problem that keeps interrupting a schedule they don't control. You want the shortest honest path, not the longest one.
Athletes & serious lifters
Professional, collegiate, or the person who's been training seriously for fifteen years. You want to keep training through this, and you want someone who understands load rather than just telling you to stop.
Golfers
Losing distance, or done by the back nine. Usually it isn't the swing — it's what your body will and won't let the swing do. I came back to the game after twenty years away, in a very different body, and I've spent a lot of time since working out exactly what that takes.
Weekend warriors
You're not trying to compete. You'd just like to run, lift, ski, or play with your kids without something hurting afterward. That's a completely reasonable goal and it's most of what I do.
Pregnancy & postpartum
Strength and pain management through pregnancy and after it, from someone who can treat you and program for you. Getting back to real training, not a list of restrictions.
